Easy Pie Crust Recipe with Crisco

(For 2 Crusts) 2 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp. Crisco     butter shortening 4-6 tbsp. cold water


Combine the first three ingredients by smushing with a fork. Add cold water and continue to mix the dough with a fork until it reaches a fairly smooth, pastry consistency. 


Divide dough in half. Roll each half of the dough out between two sheets of wax paper using a rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate, add the filling, add top crust, and seal by turning up edges. Poke with a fork to let moisture escape.
